Dear Suzie,
The word to describe M and J Sales under your leadership is "phenomenal". You spent long hours during a two week time period preparing for our estate sale. I arrived back in town to preview before the date of the actual sale. Even though your sale process had been described to me, I was still amazed when I walked into our home. You truly had cleaned out every cupboard, closet and drawer and there it was carefully organized and attractively displayed throughout the house. Your expert marketing skills were evident and I appreciated the research you had done to arrive at realistic prices for each item. Such attention to detail!!

I cannot believe that it has been nearly four months since you completed the estate sale at 3 Moore Road! I have been busy with the myriad other work that processing an estate entails, but I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for your superior service.
